Color

Pale yellow with greenish glints, bright and elegant.

Aroma

Delicate aromas combining white fruit like peach, white flowers, and citrus or tropical notes like pineapple and lemon.

Palate

Sweet and soft entry, followed by fresh acidity that balances the sweetness. Fruity notes like peach, apple or citrus. The finish is clean and round.

Harvest

Careful manual harvest in 400kg bins during the first and second half of February.

Winemaking

Selection, destemming and pneumatic pressing, pH correction with tartaric acid and settling. Inoculation with selected yeasts to start Co-fermentation of both varieties at 12-15 ºC for 12 to 15 days, stopping fermentation with cold and tangential filtration to achieve desired residual sugar.
