Color

Pale yellow with greenish glints, bright and elegant.

Aroma

Delicate aromas combining white fruit such as peach, white flowers, and citrus or tropical notes like pineapple and lemon.

Palate

Sweet and smooth entry, followed by a fresh acidity that balances the sweetness. Fruity notes such as peach, apple, and citrus. The finish is clean and round.

Harvest

A careful hand-harvest is carried out in 400kg bins, within the first and second half of February.

Winemaking

Selection, destemming, and pneumatic pressing, pH correction with tartaric acid, and pre-fermentation. Selected yeasts are added to initiate the co-fermentation of both varietals at a temperature of 12-15 °C, for a period of 12 to 15 days. Fermentation is interrupted with chilling and tangential filtration to achieve the desired sugar levels per liter.
